Formation à la médiation - Module #4
Developing a Project
Creating the right conditions for people to encounter and experience dance requires a wide range of skills, from logistical organization to mastery of teaching methods, as well as the ability to listen to and understand partners and to comply with legal frameworks governing such activities. Whether you are a performing artist or an arts educator working within a cultural or social organization, developing projects in arts education and cultural mediation in dance involves mobilizing resources across a wide range of fields. This training provides insights for reflection and analysis, as well as concrete avenues for experimentation that each participant can then apply according to their specific needs.

Fanny Delmas is the head of the Arts and Cultural Education Division at the CN D. Throughout her academic career in the performing arts and education, she has explored how works of art are received and the ways in which art is transmitted. She served as the head of outreach and training at the Centre chorégraphique national de Montpellier, then as a dance advisor at Arcadi Ile-de-France and as an independent trainer before joining the CN D in 2016.
Charlotte Guibert
In 2012, Charlotte Guibert joined the team at Latitudes Contemporaines/Latitudes Prod to launch a cultural program. She has collaborated with numerous artists in the contemporary arts scene. In 2017, she joined the team at the CCN de Grenoble to work on projects by Rachid Ouramdane, followed by those of Yannick Hugron and Aina Alegre. She has been involved with the L’Autre colo Imagination project since its inception in 2018—an artistic summer camp conceived and developed with artists for about twenty young people.

Elsa Jourdain’s professional career has been particularly focused on artistic and cultural practices by and for everyone, with a context-specific and locally grounded approach. She is currently the office director of the Arts and Cultural Education Program within the Directorate of Culture, Heritage, Sports, and Recreation of the Seine-Saint-Denis Department. The Office’s responsibilities include arts and cultural education, media and information literacy, amateur artistic and cultural practices, children’s culture, inclusive cultural initiatives, and outreach programs in the visual arts.
Marcela Santander Corvalán
She is a performer, choreographer, and educator. After graduating from the CNDC in Angers in 2011, she worked with several choreographers, including Dominique Brun, Mickaël Phelippeau, and Volmir Cordeiro, both in France and internationally. Since 2015, her works and research have focused on the history of archives and memory as a tool for creating fictional narratives. She has been affiliated with three institutions: Le Quartz in Brest, La Manufacture CDCN in Bordeaux, and the Briqueterie CDCN in Vitry, for European projects. Her work is closely tied to the transmission of knowledge. For her, the creative process involves the exchange of skills, encounters, and the needs of the region where she works. Since January 2025, she has co-directed the Laboratoires d’Aubervilliers while continuing her creative and educational work.
