2025 Gender Equality Index
Law No. 2018-771, known as the “Professional Future” Act, dated September 5, 2018, supplemented by Decree No. 2019-15 dated January 8, 2019, established the requirement for all companies with more than 50 employees to implement a gender equality index. This measure stems from the government’s commitment to making professional equality between women and men a priority and a performance objective for companies. For 2025, the CN D’s index stands at 97/100. In 2024, it was 99/100.
