Amateur dance
The Éducation Artistique et Culturelle and Relations avec les Publics departments complement each other and work together in order to assist people from all backgrounds through public outreach activities, visits, and looking after groups that are attending performances, exhibitions, screenings and other activities. Each type of audience is assigned a contact at the CN D and each request is studied carefully and given individual attention.

Twinning between the town of Cergy and CN D
As part of a cultural twinning scheme with the priority neighbourhood of Horloge-Axe majeur in the town of Cergy (an initiative of the Île-de-France Regional Prefecture), the CN D has been running a programme of activities for young people and local residents over a three-year period.
