Formation à la médiation - Module #2
Unique Audiences, Context-Specific Outreach
How can we help each person have a meaningful experience with dance? How can we balance individual attention with group dynamics? How can we develop innovative ways to engage audiences in constantly evolving contexts? By sharing diverse principles and practices, this training program will explore the characteristics and specificities of audiences and program settings to develop unique, context-specific approaches that make dance accessible to everyone.

Instructors
Magali Brito
Magali Brito trained in contemporary dance and then jazz dance at the CNSMD in Paris, earning her DE in jazz dance in 2008. She has danced with several jazz and contemporary dance companies and has also been a member of various aerial dance companies. Passionate about teaching and committed to a multicultural, supportive, and playful approach, Magali teaches at conservatories and community organizations and participates in numerous artistic projects, particularly with young children. With her company, Môm’en danse, she specializes in bringing dance to young audiences, ranging from daycare centers to middle schools, as well as fostering intergenerational exchange. Magali Brito also serves as a conservatory examiner and is a teacher-trainer.
Fanny Delmas
Fanny Delmas is the head of the Arts and Cultural Education division at the CN D. Throughout her academic career in the performing arts and education sciences, she has explored how works of art are received and the ways in which art is transmitted. She served as head of outreach and training at the National Choreographic Center of Montpellier, then as a dance advisor at Arcadi Ile-de-France and as an independent trainer before joining the CN D in 2016.
Milena Gilabert
A dancer, choreographer, somatic artist, and practitioner of Osteo-Thai and Body-Mind Centering, Milena Gilabert continually explores the intersections between her artistic practice and the health sciences. Born in Santiago, Chile, Milena Gilabert studied dance. In 1990, she decided to move to France to further her career as a performer and pursue her academic research at Paris 8 University. Drawing on her experience as a dancer, she has developed projects that incorporate the practice of touch in movement. Since 2006, she has been designing creative initiatives in partnership with cultural organizations based on the “Culture and Health” programs. She also regularly leads workshops and training sessions that bridge dance and care within the contexts of university education, cultural outreach, and healthcare.
Julie Gouju
Julie Gouju is a choreographer, dancer, researcher, and educator. She founded the company L’inesthétique, which is rooted in dance and philosophy. She creates choreographic works and dance films. Her interests include portraiture, the construction of subjectivity, and the intimate. She develops creative and educational projects with young people.
Agathe Pfauwadel
Agathe Pfauwadel moves between dance, care, and human connection. As a dedicated performer working with choreographers she has supported over the long term, she cultivates a sensitive approach to movement, attentive to bodies, spaces, and what they reveal. Trained in psychomotor therapy, she has been developing choreographic projects rooted in the medical-social field for several years. With the Pasarela company, she continues this exploration today by creating spaces where dance becomes a place of presence, connection, and skill.
