As a public industrial and commercial establishment, the National Centre for Dance is subject to Order No. 2018-1074 of 26 November 2018 setting out the legislative provisions of the Public Procurement Code, and to Decree No. 2018-1075 of 3 December 2018 setting out the regulatory provisions of the Public Procurement Code.
