CN D is presenting an "online" version of Canal to provide artists with a broader platform for expression. Canal Online features 32 videos, each offering a unique artistic perspective to explore. Since 2020, Canal has also been inviting international organisations to participate. In 2026, the focus is on the Balkan region.

Canal online is organised with the support of Caisse des Dépôts, the principal patron, and with the support of ONDA – Office national de diffusion artistique – as part of its program to support digital productions.
