Call for Proposals: Culture and Health 2026–2027

Who can submit an application?

• A health or medical-social institution or service under the administrative and funding authority of the ARS
• A Local Health Contract (CLS)

In partnership with:

• A cultural organization
• and/or an independent professional artist.

Eligibility criteria:

Submitted projects must:

• Establish genuine partnerships. Projects must demonstrate genuine collaboration and joint development, involving partners in their respective fields from the project’s design through its implementation and evaluation. With this in mind, we encourage you to set aside time for meetings prior to the project’s launch, for example in the form of one or more days during which the artist(s) immerse themselves in the organization’s environment.
• Be structured as a project
• Enable the active involvement and/or participation of the organization’s users and/or staff. Projects must include at least 20 hours of activities with participants. In the case of a project with a regional reach involving multiple institutions in the same initiative, a minimum of 10 hours of activities with participants in each institution is required.
• Propose a form of presentation or showcase for the project.
