Overview of the structure(s)
The Didier Théron Company – the Bernard Glandié Choreographic Development Centre, a venue for the creation and presentation of dance founded by Georges Frêche and Dominique Bagouet – has been based in the Mosson district of Montpellier since 1992 and is directed by Didier Théron.
Description of the open call
Selection of choreographic projects for short residencies lasting one week (including the weekend).
Offered support
Terms and conditions for hosting any choreographic project – creation / research / education:
- Between January and December 2027
- For a maximum duration of 1 week (including weekends)
- Use of the Pôle Bernard Glandier (large studio equipped for dance – technical specifications)
- Use of an office
Engagement with audiences:
- One residency showcase for the general public and professionals
- One session (50 mins) with children from CHAD MOSSON (primary school) and teenagers from the neighbourhood and the Montpellier metropolitan area
Types of residency:
- Unfunded: the venue is made available but with no production funding
- With production funding of between €500 and €1,000
