A warm-up based on clarity and the freedom of movement, then an application to the apprenticeship of Trisha Brown’s vocabulary through phrases from her repertoire. An initiation to movement via an attention to detail, spatial precision, the quality of the performance and dance associated with others.
Cecily Campbell comes from Santa Fe in New-Mexico, and graduated in dance from the Tisch School of the Arts – University of New York. She was a member of the Shen Wei Dance Arts company from 2008 to 2013 and has worked with the Trisha Brown Dance Company since 2012.
Credits
She will be at the Chaillot-Théâtre National de la Danse, for performances of 50 years of creation by the Trisha Brown Dance Company from 25 > 28.03
