In this film, shot between September 2010 and March 2019 during workshops, performances and gatherings in several regions of France, director Florence Vax explores the origins, form and development of choreographer Julie Nioche's LES SISYPHE project, meeting its various actors. The LES SISYPHE performance is a collective poetic event that explores the figure of the leap for 20 minutes, challenging everyone to find their own limits and make their vulnerability accessible, human and powerful. Since 2003, this performance and its series of workshops have been shared with dozens of groups of people of all ages and from different countries, all wanting to experience the expression of resistance through an artistic act.
