Marie-Françoise Géry

Marie-Françoise Géry won first prize at the CNSMDP, then joined the Paris Opera and worked with Grigorovitch, Neumeier, Béjart, Lacotte, Noureev. A principal with the Düsseldorf Opera, she performed the leading roles (Giselle, Lac des cygnes, La Belle au Bois dormant, Casse-Noisette...) and works by Scholz, Araiz, Christe and North. She opened her own school in Braunschweig (Germany), directs a young company, and gives workshops and master classes. Marie-Françoise Géry has been teaching at the CNSMD in Lyon in 2012.
