Mediation training in Guadeloupe

At the invitation of the La Mangrove theater company and with the support of the DAC Guadeloupe, the CND has been participating since 2023 in the artist support program “Les Rhizomes.”

Each year, a four-day training module on arts education and outreach is offered in Guadeloupe to develop methodologies for arts education and outreach projects, design and facilitate outreach activities, enrich participants’ experience of choreographic culture, and closely link artistic practice with outreach practice.

This module will specifically address adapting outreach activities to specific contexts. The training is led by Marcela Santander Carvalan, a choreographer, dancer, and educator, and Fanny Delmas, head of the CN D’s Arts Education Division.
