Creation and choreographic composition – session 1

This course will allow choreographic artists to revisit the fundamentals of choreographic composition while working in depth on their creative practice and their artistic identity. It sees choreographic composition as thought in motion, articulating an awareness of artistic choices and the relation to others. It relies on the body as a site for thought, which produces meaning and shapes. The whole process articulates experimentation, analysis and verbalizing in order to support situated artistic projects.
