Workshop Alban Richard

Moments of experimentation and research around the notion of presence: presence to yourself, to others, to time and space. Based on observation grids of their body, each person will develop an attention to their own production of movements. How to create a capacity based on constraints to be exploited? How to affirm what is occurring?
The way in which Alban Richard elaborates his shows, with a writing on stage nourished by constrained improvisations, incites performers to become creators of their own dances. He has directed the CCN in Caen, Normandy, since 2015.
