Work conditions for administrative staff

A group of LAPAS volunteers and a psychologist specialized in workplace issues have devised a tool that presents as a game but actually helps gain perspective on difficult work situations. By exploring the problem through different scenarios, participants progressively unravel tensions and identify how the issues can be resolved.
