The porosity between traditional and contemporary dance 

Koen Augustijnen is interested in the use of musical and dance traditions as a source of contemporary performance and exchange between culturally diverse communities. To reverse the posture of "outsider" appropriating certain cultural traditions, the training proposes to question the porosity or hybridization between traditional and contemporary dance, enabling different entries and the sharing of an active dialogue.
