Training beyond muscles, through a strategy of slow and dynamic movements practiced in spirals, a massage of the fascia.

Florence Juan has a career as an artist in various dance and opera companies. In 2013, following a major injury and fascinated by contemporary pedagogical developments, she turned to the practice of MUNZ FLOOR. In 2020, she trained with Alexandre Munz, its creator, and became a certified coach. Since then, she has been teaching MUNZ FLOOR online and in workshops. She also follows a long training in wellness massages. After graduating in 2020, she created her own structure: La Fabrique corporelle. The link between the two practices is obvious: a massage with the hands and another through movement.
