Based on a double observation – the archive’s abundance of images and thoroughness – the photographer Marc Domage was asked to select a photograph from the more than 200,000 that comprise the iconographic collections at the National Dance Centre (CND). Visitors leave with a memory of the photograph they saw and with a text in hand, a narrative imagined by the artist and by the writer Jean-Yves Jouannais.
