Being a parent in the performing arts #2

The CN D and Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Spectacle Vivant, with the help of Linda Hayford, associate artist with the CN D and the co-director of the CCN de Rennes et de Bretagne, are offering this one-day meetup dedicated to reflections on parenthood in the performing arts sector, particularly with regard to issues of how to welcome and program artists who are parents, along with issues like the mobilization of existing support mechanisms. Mental health issues related to balancing family and professional life will also be addressed. This is organized in response to the meeting held on March 8, 2025, at the CN D in Lyon, “Dance and Parenting.”
