This workshop will help participants to become aware, integrate and appreciate the subtle modifications that operate in the matter and architecture of the body and its internal systems. Living matter will be apprehended through the complexity of posture, movement and comfort in structure by referring mostly to biotensegrity and innovative body techniques.
