This workshop will be a good opportunity to evoke how hormonal cycles work, before we can talk about which exercises can be done in which phase of the cycle. Tools will be given to prevent overtraining and gain awareness of the areas where strong constraints are exerted, in order to find individual balance between a demanding training and being kind to oneself.
