The campers or participants in Camping are 200 students drawn from 19 art schools in France, Europe and around the world, as well as 250 professional dancers attending this platform of workshops and discussions as individuals.

Camping is a festival and an international platform of workshops and performances, a unique experience with artists from the international choreographic scene. Camping is an artistic space where all the experiences of dance, theatre, performance and visual arts can find expression. It is aimed at everyone involved in dance and the arts, whether students, teachers, performers, choreographers or researchers, while also welcoming a wide audience of amateurs and spectators. Le CN D soutient et accompagne la réflexion du secteur chorégraphique dans la prise en compte de problématiques sociétales qui viennent interroger la création comme l’enseignement : Qualité de vie et conditions de travail, responsabilité sociale des organisations, transformation écologique, évolution des organisations et des pratiques pour la diversité et l’inclusion, égalité femmes-hommes, prévention des violences sexistes et sexuelles, déontologie… Le pôle Ressources professionnelles propose des ressources ainsi que des rencontres, des ateliers et des formations pour s’informer, penser, agir…

Élan's goal is to open up the way to professionalization in dance. Élan asserts itself as a space for creativity, experimentation, research and education, supporting young dancers to discover and explore new artistic fields together.

This "online" version of the event Canal allows the discovery of 32 artistic projects during three months.For the édition 2023, 10 French and 6 Belgian structures active for dance invest cnd.fr to present the work of 32 artistic teams they support. Available from 1.03 to 1.04.23
