Can a technician be paid a flat fee?
No.

However, a distribution manager will necessarily be offered either a permanent contract (CDI) or a standard fixed-term contract (CDD de droit commun) based on a temporary increase in activity or to replace an absent employee and will not fall under the intermittent work regime.
