Dance sciences, a language to decipher, tools to discover
10:00 – 12:00

How can you use scientific knowledge in everyday practice? How does evaluating physical performance enable you to identify your strengths and weaknesses? These questions are examined from a biological perspective in relation to performance and injury, and in terms of their psychological and career implications.

Workshop
Everyday training
13:00 – 17:00

Everyday physical preparation through improvisation. The various facets of the dancer’s training – cardiorespiratory endurance – muscular strength and endurance, focus, suppleness and recuperation – will be covered to enable participants to create their own toolbox aimed at protecting and improving their performance levels.
