The “Vivre Ensemble” mission, launched in 2003 by the Ministry of Culture, mobilizes various cultural institutions to fight against exclusion in the field of culture. This system promotes the pooling of resources and contacts: a quarterly joint letter allows the CN D and partners to communicate on their programs and discovery visits or training courses are regularly offered to the relays.
