The work proposed by Enrico Tedde is based on the Jooss-Leeder method developed by Jean Cébron and on Kinomichi, a Japanese art of movement derived from Aikido. Promoting dynamic alignment using the principles of the spiral is a constant feature of the practice. The aim is to make the energy circulate throughout the bodies, dissolve the knots that slow down the learning, develop the awareness to bring out organic dance and highlight everyone's authenticity.
