"Listening to the sounds of my favourite playlist, I begin with a warm-up based on undulations, shaking and a reading from one of the texts in my collection. Following this initial metamorphosis, I suggest a session of movement research in Bluetooth mode, moving from a certain kind of first-degree concentration and availability to other, more second- and third-degree creative states. We are always looking for a form of gentleness, sensuality (in the sense of being connected to our senses) and fun for ourselves and the rest of the group. Thirdly, we will explore different extracts from my repertoire, the tools I have used to create certain scenes (and the moods that go along with them) and which revolve around the icon of the pop singer, post-crisis metamorphoses, joy lost in chaos and the art of friendship in a cruel world".
