In this workshop, Marion Cachan will share her experience to discuss the best practices to integrate and coordinate all the different time constraints and schedules of all the people involved in producing a show (the artistic team, the technicians, the administrative staff…). We will build a typical company calendar, by identifying the daily schedules of everyone involved, what type of legal and administrative constraints have to be considered, and we’ll learn to define and coordinate a company schedule, as well as use the proper digital tools that are accessible to all parties involved during a season.
