de la danse en pratique

15 > 17.10.21

CN D Pantin

by Liane Simmel

The comprehension of the body’s inner architecture, the analysis of unconscious movement patterns and the perception of the individual anatomy are in focus of this workshop. Based on methods of spiral dynamics, osteopathy, Feldenkrais and ideokinesis, the participants will explore their movement qualities, improve their movement analysis and learn how to identify and work with potentially harmful movement patterns – in dance as well as in everyday life. This course is for experts in Analyse fonctionnelle du corps dans le mouvement dansé (Functional analysis of the body in dance movement).
