Cynthia Haddad, founder of Sumac et Romarin, is at the helm of ‘La cantine’, serving Lebanese-inspired Mediterranean cuisine with a focus on plants. The menu, comprising a starter, two main courses, one of which is vegetarian, and two desserts, changes weekly. The canteen is open Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 14:00.

Welcome to La Cantine, the new gourmet rendez-vous at the Centre National de la Danse in Pantin!
The chefs are Cynthia, founder of Sumac et Romarin, and Gioele, who draw on their Lebanese-Italian roots to put vegetables and pulses back at the heart of their dishes. There's no routine here: every day, the team cooks dishes on the spot according to their whims and the seasons. The menu includes a starter, two main courses, one of which is vegan or vegetarian, and two desserts to delight every taste bud. Here, sage sauce spices up a bowl of wheat pearls, roasted cauliflower and grilled halloumi; zaatar wakes up a chocolate chip cookie and soffritto serves as the base for Gioele's lasagne. Yolan, the chef, welcomes you from Monday to Friday, from 11:00 to 16:00, with a counter service from 12:00 to 14:00.
