Sophrology and mindfulness meditation are effective tools for accompanying dancers during rehearsals, auditions, or performances, providing a better management of stress, a better concentration and a quicker recovery. Dancers, choreographers, instructors and artists are invited to discover tools – exercises of breathing and concentration, visualisation, muscular unwinding, dynamic relaxation, mental preparation – to be used quite independently.
