Studio Amalgam is an organisation that supports research and creation in the performing arts. Since 2014, based in the heart of Beirut, it has become a dynamic and central hub, focusing primarily on movement, contemporary dance and physical theatre. Conceived by Yara Boustany, its artistic director, this programme features dance films directed, choreographed and performed by artists from Lebanon, as well as Egypt and Iraq.
