Enora Rivière proposes to familiarize ourselves with audio description in dance as a revolutionary ecosystem and practice. Technically, audio description allows the visual and sensory elements of a work to be described verbally, making it possible for blind and partially sighted audiences to enjoy the experience. Philosophically and politically, this practice invites us to (re)think issues of address, accessibility, and reception in order to participate in a more ethical and equitable society.
