Alternating testimonies and performance scenes, the documentary focuses on dance, but also touches on capoeira, Candomblé, racism, colonialism and pan-African thought. This diversity is due to the people interviewed: dancers and choreographers, but also writers, thinkers, capoeiristas and personalities linked to Afro culture.
