Verito Gregorio

Verito Gregorio lives in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She has 25 years of experience as a dancer, choreographer, teacher and dance school director. Verito Gregorio founded the Full Dance school in 2008. Since 2013, Gregorio has created and choreographed 15 original dance pieces with various companies, but especially with Wandel, the company she founded in 2016 to explore, work and develop her own language within contemporary dance. Verito Gregorio thinks in an unconventional way. Dance is her life companion, a means by which she can externalize the complex patterns of her thoughts and emotions. Her aim is to share what’s inside her, her “Wandel language” as she calls it, with as many dancers as possible, in order to broaden her dance vocabulary. 

“Creative Universes is a special experience, based on the language I’ve been developing for over 10 years through every dance piece created with my company, Wandel, my weekly Creative Universes classes and through my experience of teaching this workshop around the world. It is technically based on contemporary and modern dance, with the addition of freestyle and improvisation. We will work together on a unique composition, which will include elements of some of Wandel’s repertoire and each student’s own exploration. The final piece will be shown and recorded as a screendance piece for everyone to keep and share.” Verito Gregorio
