This regular videoconference information, exchange and tool-building event focuses on the careers of dance professionals: professional transitions, evolution and reconversion. Each session focuses on a specific theme, and is divided into two parts: presentations by specialists and personal accounts, followed by a collective discussion.

Defining your project before changing your career path : Transitions pro and the Conseil en Évolution Professionnelle (CEP - Professional Development Council)

How can you take stock of your professional situation? How can I develop my skills? How can I define my training needs to prepare for a career change? How to build your career project? This videoconference session, led by a professional in career transition support, will enable participants to address all the issues involved in career transition: the questions to ask, the steps to follow, the actions to take, the support available and the resources that can be mobilized.
Laetitia Gamrasni, in charge of CEP follow-up at Transitions pro IDF, will provide an update on Transitions pro and its role in professional transition, on the partnership between Transitions Pro and AFDAS for intermittent workers in the entertainment industry, before a full focus on the Conseil en Evolution Professionnelle (CEP), a key player in career choices.
