Like all workers in France, technicians and artists are eligible to paid leave thanks to the money their employer transfers every month for “Congés Spectacles”. How can people working in dance use their paid leave? Is it possible to work during paid leave? How are benefits calculated? Do we pay taxes on that? Do we have to declare it to the Unemployment services (Pôle emploi)?
