In accordance to its commitment to developing choreographic culture, the cultural diffusion department of the CND proposes a film program in its Cinémathèque de la danse, featuring historical and contemporary films about dance and cinema from various styles and periods.
The department also strives to valorize the CND resources through special events and exhibits from the iconographic funds of the CND.
A special edition of clips featuring the leading figures of Modern Dance, from the conceptual legacy of Lisa Nelson and the transposition of the technical corpus of video within movement to the blossoming of self-filming practices later on.
