Encounter

The Maqamat company, organizer of the BIPOD festival (Beirut International Platform of Dance), invites campers and artists from Camping in Lyon to a meeting and discussion around the Architecture of a Ruined Body project. This brings together artists, festivals and places of culture in Europe and around the Mediterranean to question the possibilities of the body, its weaknesses, its strength of resilience or resistance and more simply on its existence in times of crisis. Aware that our world is going through a phase of global transformation and change and following the social, political and health upheavals of 2019 and 2020, culture must inevitably question and question itself, explore and be explored, renew thought and renew itself.
