CN D Pantin
There have been Sky, then Street, and now Pavement: a space often provides the title of Volmir Cordeiro’s creations. Space taken as a sensitive concentrate from which he invents dances, bodies and scenes. This workshop is a chance to invent a common space in which the participants’ strengths and weaknesses are set in an interaction. Volmir Cordeiro has worked with the Brazilian choreographers Alejandro Ahmed, Cristina Moura and Lia Rodrigues. After an Essais training at the CNDC in Angers, he has in particular worked with Xavier Le Roy, Laurent Pichaud & Rémy Héritier, Emmanuelle Huynh, Vera Mantero. Since 2012, he has been creating and teaching regularly at the Master’s Exerce (ICI-CCN Montpellier) and Master’s Drama KASK (Ghent, Belgium), he is an associate artist at the CN D.
