Mitia Fedotenko

12 > 15.11.19

CN D Lyon

A teaching associating the technical dimension with a state of scenic presence, to highlight the artist’s singularity.

Originally from Moscow, a choreographer, dancer and performer, Mitia Fedotenko started dancing in his native city at a very early age, before continuing his training firstly at the CNDC in Angers, then at EX.E.R.CE. in Montpellier, where he founded the company Autre MiNa in 1999. Since then, he has signed a dozen pieces at the crossroads between music and theatre. An associate artist with François Verret since 2006, he has participated in various projects as a performer. In 2014, the CNSMD in Lyon turned to him as a guest choreographer for a creation with the dancers of the Jeune Ballet. In 2016, after 20 years of absence from Russia, Mitia Fedotenko returned to creation in his native country with AkhmatModi.
