Stéphane Fratti

06 > 10.01.20

CN D Pantin

Work based on the centre gravity and anchorage on the ground. Risk-taking, setting in situations in which movement becomes a necessity, a reflex, an experience to reach a quality of dance.

Stéphane Fratti conducts a twofold professional career: contemporary dance and motorbike racing. He was awarded the prize for interpretation at the international competition of Bagnolet in 1994 and won the 24h of Le Mans that same year. A dancer for the CCN in Rennes with Gigi Caciuleanu, he also works with the choreographers Santiago Sempere, Sidonie Rochon, Christian Bourigault and Maxence Rey. He founded the Compagnie Bissextile in 1998, where he has created a dozen pieces. At the same time, he also conducts a work of research on the Magma participatory project.
