As a pianist he plays regularly with Hamilton Carroll, his new poetry album Jack Gets Out of Prison with bassist Wilbert de Joode was released in 2018.

Making dances: the SPACE issue
With this workshop, Julyen Hamilton proposes considering and practising the essential nature of space, in which choreography and dance can be created and performed. The emphasis will be on radial and Cartesian space and how they affect the moving body and the theatrical space where audience and performer meet. Physiology, philosophy, culture, imagination and the future will be evoked.
