Workshop

This workshop is based on an exploration of extracts form the repertory of the company ZOO Thomas Hauert. Thomas Hauert danced for Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker, David Zambrano or else Pierre Droulers before setting up his own company in 1998, with which he has created a good twenty pieces. His work derives from a research into movement, with a particular interest in a writing based on improvisation, exploring the tension between liberty and constraint, the individual and the group, order and disorder, form and formlessness. He is responsible for the Bachelor Danse Contemporaine course at the Manufacture Haute École des Arts de la Scène in Lausanne.
