Élan's goal is to open up the way to professionalization in dance. Élan asserts itself as a space for creativity, experimentation, research and education, supporting young dancers to discover and explore new artistic fields together.

The second class of Élan will run from 2022 to 2023, with one-week sessions during school vacations, as well as some saturdays.
Raphaëlle Delaunay is in charge of pedagogical management at Élan in Pantin.
Students
Élan is for young people, already involved in dance at a high level in a conservatory or other dance training program.
Admission
Élan is for students in their 3rd cycle or equivalent, between 15 and 19 years old;
- with a strong motivation for dance, perseverance, curiosity and real artistic potential;
- who demonstrate their interest in taking part in this training offered by the CN D, with the agreement of their parents, and who are ready to participate actively in the full training program;
- who live in the Île-de-France region.
Priority is given to some students, based on their families' socio-economic situation.
Special attention will also be given to young people living in Seine-Saint-Denis.
The school focuses on contemporary dance, but it is open to all students, no matter the technique.
Free of charge
The CN D receives support from the Fondation d'entreprise Hermès for the School for Equal Opportunities.
Training at Élan is free for students.
Meals during the training will be shared and paid for by CN D.
